Brett was excellent to work with as always and got me in immediately when my appointment time arrived. He was very cordial and a pleasure to deal with. The only issue I had was that the technician hooked my new tail light up wrong and had the right turn signal flashing right on the tour pack and left on the tombstone light. The left side was hooked up backwards as well. I caught it by checking it myself just before I left. It could have resulted in a dangerous situation but it was resolved quickly when I reported it to Brett and he had the technician immediately change the wires. My issue is that I understand mistakes are made but a technician should always double check their work before the bike goes out the door. Just saying.Thank all of you for your assistance. Had an issue at highway speed. Brett road tested and discovered I had a defective front tire. Swapped out the tire and now its does great. I didnt realize I had the problem at low speed too, just not as noticeable. No more! (Employee: Brett Sassaman)

There has been items I needed or wanted but didnt purchase because the shipping is just to high.For example the tie down nylon straps I just ordered that has hardly any weight or size for little over 10 dollars and shipping about the same I here in Milledgeville not over seas.These straps probably would ship in an envelope which will probably come in a 10x10 box probably because someone is not watching the buck or just Lazy which one is it people.If the shipping doesnt get any better I will probably take business elsewhere,Would it even matter to the team responsible?
